I tried a new recipe last night and it was DELISH!! What's even better is that it was super easy...and I'm all for an easy recipe that tastes good ;) Since it was such a hit with our family (yes, even my 3 and 4 yr. old liked it!) I thought I'd share...
Taco Chicken Chili
3 FROZEN chicken breasts
1 envelope ranch dressing mix
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
1 medium onion
1 can rotel tomatoes
1 can black beans
1 can cannelloni (or any white) beans
1 can kidney beans
1 can vegetarian baked beans (large can 26oz.)
1 can kernel corn
Put everything in a crock pot in order listed. Do NOT rinse or drain beans. DO NOT STIR. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Take chicken out and shred with two forks. Put chicken back in, stir and serve.

I've been busy!
Here's a few of the things I've created lately :) My scrap desk is a disaster, I'll need to clean it up before starting anything new. Heck, I'm not even sure where my scissors and ruler are under all that mess, lol!
These are the layouts I did using the April "Fleuriste" kit from Zany Zinnia...

And here are a couple from the March kit at Inspire Me Card Kits...

Got Sketch?
I love Valerie Salmon's sketch blog Got Sketch?, and am excited to be a contributor this week. So here's my take on sketch #57...
Yummy kit goodness!
Have you seen the April kit from Zany Zinnia?!? It's G-O-R-G-E-O-U-S! Full of yummy Cosmo Cricket papers from the Fleuriste and Get Happy lines. Plus as always there are a couple of handmade goodies thrown in. Stacy is a kit creating genius :)

Welcoming Spring
With the beautiful weather we've been having lately, the girls have wanted to do nothing except be outside. They've been riding bikes, playing with sidewalk chalk, going to the park and "gardening" (which consists merely of digging in my flowerbeds, making a huge mess - lol!). At the end of the day they are tired and happy!

I've also been busy at my scrap desk the last few days, here's a couple of cute spring cards I created for a challenge over at Willow Traders...

More Fun Stuff!!
So, March was my first month designing for Zany Zinnia and I had so much fun with this kit!! I have to admit that the papers were a bit "out of the box" for me but I stepped up to the challenge and L-O-V-E how my LOs turned out :)
