I make this bread every fall for our friends and family. It's so good and a huge hit :)
I'm going shopping for the ingredients tomorrow so I can make some for our neighbors. They are moving 2500 miles away and we are so sad to see them go. They have been such wonderful neighbors and became good friends as well. When Jeff was in his accident, the husband came to the door with the officer to break the news to me. Then they volunteered to keep my children so I could rush to the hospital. They are truly some of the best people we know.
The moving company came today to start packing them up. The truck arrives Wed. and they leave Thurs. morning. I well up with tears at the thought of them leaving, but we've all promised to keep in touch. So, I'm sending them off with some yummy goodness to remember us by ;)
