This is what a picture of love is to me. It shows in his every thought, move, decision...it's so ingrained as a part of who he is and I love him all the more for it. I remember shortly after Samantha was born, he was worried that he wouldn't know what to do with a daughter (he comes from a family of all boys). Now almost three years, and another baby girl, later he just melts when they are in his presence. When they greet him at the door when he comes home from work. When they laugh. When Samantha tells him "I love you" and Madison gives him kisses and hugs for no reason. I think deep down, in a part of his heart that he rarely even shares with me...he wouldn't have it any other way, those girls mean the world to him and mean more to him than he will ever have the words to express. This photo just struck a cord and reminded me of all the reasons I love this man.

There is something so special about the bond between a daddy and his daughter. I had a daddy like this (he had four girls!) What a blessing it is.
love that picture!
What a great shot! Everything is perfect!
