Still lovin' it...

My camera, that is! For Mother's Day my wonderful husband got me the 50mm f/1.8 lens I'd been lusting after. And to make it even more special, he contacted Celia to make sure he got the right one...I was totally impressed! I'm still learning how to use it and get good shots, but I'm happy with the results so far. So, now I realize I'm in desperate need of a good camera bag...been looking but haven't found anything I like that is decently priced. Anyhow, here are a few of my favorite shots from the last month or so (these were not taken with the new lens)...


The girls watching a movie before bedtime. Having them cuddle up like that is a rarity.


Sometimes it just amazes how big Samantha is getting, it seems to creep up on me...then all of a sudden one day I'll look at her and she'll look so different, older. She is now completely potty trained (yipee!!) and I've signed her up for pre-school starting in Aug.


This little bundle of mischief is constantly keeping me on my toes. Don't be fooled by her slight frame, this little monkey has discovered how to climb up or onto just about anything she please...drives me batty! Madison is now talking, and her vocabulary is growing exponentially! Sleeping through the night (finally!!) and done with bottles makes her a true toddler I suppose ::sigh::
